The principle of high power, high speed magnetic levitation motor is to use magnetic field force to levitate the rotor of the motor to realize contactless rotary motion, avoiding mechanical contact and friction, which improves the efficiency of the motor and reduces energy loss and noise pollution. Magnetic Levitation Bearing Body

Adopting high-efficiency and high-precision 5-degree-of-freedom active magnetic bearings, the maximum load capacity can reach more than 5 tons, and can realize ultra-high rotational speed of more than 100,000r/min, with no contact, no friction, no need for lubrication, and with a long service life and low loss.

Magnetic Bearing Control Technology

Innovative control algorithm realizes double-loop frequency decoupling control of current and displacement, integrating UFCC and SVC algorithms, high-speed rotor vibration can be actively controlled, and the levitation control accuracy can reach the micron level, which is better than the international standard of ISO14839/API617.

Nanometer measurement accuracy, bandwidth over 20kHz, temperature stability ≤ 0.015%FS/K, applicable to ferromagnetic and non-ferromagnetic materials. Probe integrated fully sealed design, sensitivity up to 6V/mm, -40°C -150°C wide temperature range, high signal-to-noise ratio, strong anti-interference ability. 

High-efficiency permanent magnet synchronous motors

Maximum power reaches megawatt class, motor efficiency up to 98% or more. Wide speed range, speed up to 100000r/min or more, directly drive the impeller high-speed rotation, zero transmission loss.

Magnetic Levitation Air Compressor 

ORC system is called “Organic Workmass Rankine Cycle Low Temperature Waste Heat Energy Recovery and Power Generation System”. Different from the conventional water vapor Rankine cycle system, ORC system replaces the traditional water (boiling point of 100℃ at atmospheric pressure) workmass with the organic workmass with lower boiling point represented by R245fa (boiling point of 15.3℃ at atmospheric pressure), and exchanges heat with the low-grade heat source in the heat exchanger to produce steam with certain pressure and temperature, which expands in the expander to do work to drive or generate electricity. As the core power equipment of ORC power generation, the performance of ultra-low temperature waste heat generator has a great influence on the operation efficiency and economy of the whole system. Compared with the screw expansion generator set, centripetal turbine expansion generator set and axial turbine expansion generator set, the magnetic levitation expansion generator set has the features of small size, high efficiency, zero leakage, oil-free, and convenient operation and maintenance.

It can be widely used in the fields of solar thermal gradient efficient utilization, geothermal power generation, industrial waste heat recovery and power generation.

Used for 120℃-250℃ flue gas, low pressure or normal pressure steam, 80℃-160℃ hot water and other low-grade waste heat.
